Progress in performance can be made at any level! Each athlete can ALWAYS find something to improve. I train players the way I would want to be trained. My training is about detecting the performance possibilities and working on its progress, no matter what level an athlete competes at. Growing in performance is always a very complex process, it’s an aftereffect of doing right things at right time. I believe in holistic program, that develops all subsystems of the player’s body the way that makes him capable for reaching his full potential.
