My training is about detecting the performance possibilities and working on its progress, no matter the level an athlete competes at. Growing in performance is always a very complex process, it’s an after-effect of doing right things at right time. I believe in holistic program, that develops all subsystems of the player’s body the way that makes him capable for reaching his full potential.
